About Us
CreekWood Highlands is located south of Silver Spring Drive/County VV and east of Marcy Road, approximately 3.5 miles west of Hwy 45, in the Village of Menomonee Falls. Primary entrances with subdivision signs are located at Ridgewood Drive (off Silver Spring Drive), as well as at Walnut Way Drive (off Marcy Road) and at CreekWood Crossing (also off Silver Spring Drive).
This subdivision was initially built in 1999, with several additional sections built over the next five years. It contains 180 House Lots (178 single-family houses plus 2 empty lots owned by area residents) all of whom are members of the CreekWood Highlands HOA (Homeowners Association), plus a group of 108 Condos whose owners are both members of CreekWood Highlands HOA and members of their own CreekWood Condo Association.
Tree-lined roads, wetlands and two retention ponds are maintained and carefully preserved in order to provide a beautiful neighborhood with great views of nature in the surrounding area.
