This "Classifieds" section is available for Residents (HOA Members) to post an ad for sale of a personal item, home, or service provided by their children (babysitting, lawn work, etc. available).  Ads submitted with be reviewed by the Administrator and then promptly posted.  Posted ads can be viewed by anyone visiting the website but are only available to be created by Residents. 

At this time, please do not post any commercial or business related ads, but rather only For Sale of personal items or house/condo, and only services being provided by your minor children.  All postings are, of course, free of charge, and the HOA is not involved in, or responsible for, the actual transactions.  Lastly, ads will automatically expire 45 days after posting, but your deletion of no-longer needed ones is appreciated.
